I passed Delhi four times during my trip to India. Each different last will be explained later. I will not only do a post about Delhi, because I'm afraid of the gang end up confusing and get a little lost!
If anyone is planning to visit India for this s days, I will leave here an important tip about Delhi. When I reached the city, in the first days, Delhi for me was a fantastic city. OTHER thing had to be able to see! I thought I would need to spend at least a week so I can see everything. I even elect Delhi as preferred capital at the expense of Bangkok. And really, Delhi has a lot to be able to see.
But man, after I became friends with an American in Northern India he told me something I then really had to accept. If you will spend at least one month in India, Delhi is not worth ANY day of your visit. All though they have several things, craft services but of all existing buildings in Delhi ALWAYS there is something better in another city next to often. Delhi has a tomb which is sensational, but it seems playful child next to the Taj Mahal in Agra. The Taj Mahal has the same style, Mu ghal, but is absurdly more impressive.
Bars, places to go out? It is cowardice to compare the almost non-existent nightlife Delhi with the madness that is Mumbai at night (no doubt one of the best cities in the world to go out at night!). And the "Arc de Triomphe Indian" celebrating India's independence? craft services Forget, Mumbai has a much larger and more beautiful. Face, and so on ... That's because I tou not including Kathmandu in Nepal that due to proximity to India, a backpacked through craft services India invariably means "backpack by India and Nepal".
If you have only one week to be able to stay in India the best city to visit is certainly Delhi, because it has something like a "summary" of the main attractions of other cities of India, craft services although craft services more modest WELL.
