Last weekend we got the mini meatloaf, and besides there was meatloaf enough to twice dinner was also sauce for raw volumes. Therefore, I stood suddenly Monday hifalutin night (last week) with a sauce residue which I do not quite know what I would do with, and discarding's definitely not an option.
But after I had messed around in the kitchen stores and found a bag of ground beef in the freezer, an onion that did not have such a long life time back and a packet of yeast in the fridge, so then it hit me that it in fact was just the ingredients I could use to make some bøfsandwiches for dinner. But now I had had pretty much never really tried to make bøfsandwiches before, so I Googled just right to see what exactly was in such a cousin, and I found out that there were two versions of the "classic" bøfsandwich. The first consisted in all its simplicity, a patty, brown gravy and onions hifalutin in a bun, and the other consisted of a hamburger, remo, mustard, ketchup hifalutin and fried onions in a bun (it was something with that one was popular in Jutland and the second was popular here in Zealand). I think now that both versions sounded pretty good, so I decided to make a Jutland Sealand combination where I just came over the whole thing in my bøfsandwiches. Yes it was a good messy bøfsandwiches, but keep as completely holidays where they tasted just great, yes I think because hifalutin surely there is a future in this kind of Jutland Sealand friendship bøfsandwiches.
Bøfsandwich - 2 persons: 250 g ground beef Salt and pepper 2 burger buns, I used the same opskrfit as for sausage bread 1 onion, thinly sliced 1 residual brown sauce Remo worchestershire sauce Ketchup Mustard Roasted onions start to shape the meat into 2 patties and season with salt and pepper. hifalutin Then fry the steaks until they are cooked through, and then put those aside. In the pan where the steaks are fried fry now the onion until soft and lightly caramelized, it also set aside. The latter can now use the pan to the heat the sauce up in when the sauce is so hot to get the steaks back in the pan and turn them into the sauce. Now there are just back to warm buns and assemble the burger, so buds satisfied at the bottom, followed by the tilsovsede steaks, remo, worchestershire sauce and fried onions. On top smear to ketchup and mustard, lie on the lid and then there is otherwise served
By also no better than if there is a remaining sauce back from pork roast. Then I just have bøfsandwich. I use toasted onion ketchup and beetroot. Perhaps a North Jutland variant :-) My kærste and I always talk about when the sauce going on. He will wear it in the top bun, where I want the sauce on top of the bun. Reply Delete
