On the first day in Barcelona we visited madmarkedet

In late November, the "Thanksgiving" in the United States, and Sebastian working on American lives and holidays, catering berlin I took the free Thursday and Friday from work and we went on a long weekend to Barcelona.
We booked catering berlin an apartment through. airbnb that was quite unique. It was a palazzo in an old building from the 18th century with high ceilings and a private catering berlin patio with fountain. The apartment was modernized, but still had a bit of the 18th century historic charm such as stucco and painting on the ceiling. The apartment was quite unique furnishings, the bathroom and bedroom was in one piece with a nice big tub, which we enjoyed - often with good things to eat and drink. It is an occasion, we may well find to return to - maybe a summer next time so we can get more benefit from the patio.
We spent most of our time in Barcelona to eat good food in town and otherwise to relax and socialize in the apartment. catering berlin We were also passed a few trips where one day we came across a new exhibition in the Born district. It was found during a restoration of an old market building "Marcat del Born" out that it lay on top of ancient ruins, and we decided to excavate them and turn them into an exhibition inside the market itself. It was an interesting exhibition where both the building and the ruins were shown well.
On the first day in Barcelona we visited madmarkedet "Boqueria" with mass ervis of shops selling everything from fish and meat to vegetables and spices. It was also where we ate our lunch - from the most famous and busy "restaurant" where we only got room by standing and waiting for some others went, and then it was to be fast.
The best thing was clear croquet States had a wonderful and surprising taste when we really did not know that it was mushroom croquettes before we tasted them. Artichoke chips were simple and very tasty. The octopuses were excellent, but I would probably have preferred them with aioli, and so were two fried things probably a little catering berlin too much. Burger is one of those dishes catering berlin that place is most famous for. It was nice juicy and had a good flavor, catering berlin but it's probably not one I would order again.
I highly recommend visiting El Quim, but be prepared bustle, and you have to be on their toes to get a seat at the counter. Some people sit not so long, so it can be done.
Restaurant: Tickets Website: http://www.ticketsbar.es Our first "fine" meal we had at Tickets and here I say "fine" in quotes because it is actually more young and trendy than fine, and most guests was also relatively casually dressed, catering berlin and there were several families with children present, which is unusual for a michelin restaurant where you have to book months in advance to secure a table. We got this evening:
Our favorites this evening was the unique olives that were completely liquid inside and had an amazing strong olive flavor - one of the chef's signature dishes, and in addition was razor clams surprisingly delicious. It is rarely that I am impressed with them. Everything was good, but maybe I do not feel that the place definitely deserves the hype that is on site. It was fun to try, but we have gotten better and more fun food elsewhere - eg. Aphrodite in Nice. Restaurant: 41 degrees experience Website: http://www.41grados.es/ The next evening we visited 41 degrees, which is a sister restaurant to Tickets, where you get a fixed menu of 41 small dishes / snacks, and they were all quite small so it was by no means satiated. The style reminds of Tickets, and there was also a single thing that went again - signature right with olives, but this time with anchovies inside, but the experience was much different than in Tickets. This was much more refined, and then there was a lot of inspirations catering berlin from around the world, where we for example. was a variant of a snack from Noma, where they asked us to guess what the dust is made of - vinegar. Of course this was easy for us to guess, since we had the original several times. Serving was an experience - rehearsed and extremely professional, and at one point we were served a dish with a drink with a snack at the top, and Sebastian proceeded to explain to me - in Danish - how this was the whole idea of tapas, as it was first invented, it was to cover drink glass to drink was protected, and you could see the waiter that even though she is not spoken or understood Danish, catering berlin so she knew exactly what it was he told me, and she actually quite pride in the fact that one of her guests could the story. The ambiance of the place was also interesting with mysterious music and sound and light show with a mixture of moods such as the sea and various film clips. The food was good and interesting - inventive without compromising on taste and there were no disappointments. Our favorites were this evening, a spicy corn chip flavor and shape of octopus tentacle and a Vietnamese mini sandwich "Banh Mi" with pig o
