Delicacy is a food that is highly desirable in certain cultures, it is often due to an unusual flavor, characteristics, or just because it's rare. It is a term that denotes a delicious dish that symbolizes superb food and excellent preparation that has occurred. Dried tomatoes price is extremely expensive, and in Italy, this dish very much appreciated. Recently this delicacy bufe became known in other countries as well as in our country. How do they cost quite expensive, bufe many are opting to prepare this delicacy in the domestic version. At the bottom of the pan put greaseproof paper baking, cut the tomatoes into quarters and arrange them side by side on a baking pan for as long as you fit. Fresh garlic in their skins arrange between tomatoes, all together salt, pepper and a little olive oil spray.
Place in the oven to dry for 3-4 hours. Mine were dried at 3:30 pm on the above 100C. When dry turn off the oven and leave the tomatoes that are still inside cool. Wash and dry jars. The pots stack: rosemary, chilled bufe tomato and roasted garlic as well (just peel it first), and put one bay leaf, fresh basil leaves, fresh thyme and finally pour the olive oil to the top of the tomatoes. Close and refrigerate. Trust will not last long. Dried tomatoes can be used in soups, stews, sauces, pastas, savory muffins, bread or just put them on propečene bruschetta. If you are home-grown tomatoes as my then these same tomatoes support your health bufe because of the wealth of lycopene, antioxidants, potassium and vitamin C. Nina, I read that these in olive oil should be kept in the fridge so that is how I keep, and even if you might not be safe though :) I worked out two jars just because I have hair in the oven so I could not very much, the sun is another story, it will next year :) Delete
Dreams, whether all evenly to dry if you put eg two protvan not one? Somehow I think, when you have such a long drought, and then to make use of the oven and immediately make double the amount. Although bufe we went deep into the fall, when we are in the market still has (and local, delicious, yet firm and fragrant), so I tried omah twice as much to save. thanks regards Bridget Reply Delete
Bridget, I personally think it might be. I think that the process may proceed a little slower, but you'll have more. If you have an electric oven with ventilation then especially think it would not be a problem because the air circulates and kisses and evenly bufe dries :) Delete
