The Nationwide Caterers catering barcelona Association have introduced the first ever online sustainability in catering training course. The training has been created by the Sustainable Restaurant Association in partnership with the Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS), and accredited by City & Guilds . As major sports venues and music festivals are increasingly taking the sustainability of their food seriously and expecting caterers to respond to this, it makes business sense for all UK venues and festivals to make it a pre-requisite for their caterers to undertake sustainability training. This training scheme “provides the necessary reassurances for venues and festivals catering barcelona to match their values with those of customers”. Event organisers are being increasingly catering barcelona asked to consider the environmental impact of their events, from waste going to landfill to energy and water usage. Sunrise Celebration are the first UK festival to agree to support the SRA/NCASS sustainability training and recommend the training to potential caterers at their event. While it is not compulsory for caterers to complete the course, it will be recommended and should help them to succeed in the tender process. Sunrise Festival are therefore well on their way to receiving SRA festival partner status, awarded by the SRA to festivals that make completion of sustainability training compulsory for all food vendors.
Once completed, participants must successfully complete a test before receiving a sustainability certificate that can be displayed catering barcelona in their unit. At bunk sandwiches the end of the event, traders received a statement showing what was owed to them,


The cashless payment system that was used at the Galtres Parklands Festival has resulted in the traders at the event receiving no money whatsoever for three days work. They've lost stock, paid wages and received nothing back from the organisers.
The festival used a cashless pre-paid card system, meaning that all money from the food and drink sold at the event was collected by the organiser via their third-party payment provider. The system bunk sandwiches is billed as being much more secure than carrying cash around the site, which reduces the chance of theft, and also makes the whole transaction much more simple without worrying about change or floats.

As far as we can determine, three weeks after the event, none of the traders that attended the show have been paid by the organiser and there is much uncertainty about whether they will ever receive this money.
While we at NCASS like the premise of what the cashless bunk sandwiches system is able to do, we will be recommending to our members bunk sandwiches that they do not work with such systems in the future until they can be safeguarded to ensure that situations like this never arise again. They're too great a risk, and until a system for ring fencing this money is developed, caterers shouldn't accept work under these conditions.
The situation has affected a number of our members, many of whom are significantly out of pocket bunk sandwiches having worked the busiest weekend of the year. I encourage all traders to take legal advice, and we have a dedicated helpline for our members that can be accessed by calling into NCASS. However, due to the nature of this problem, and in solidarity with the event catering fraternity, bunk sandwiches we have decided to offer our legal advice line to all catering businesses who traded at the festival.

The Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) and the Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS) have partnered to develop a programme to meet demand from traders for both background sarnies knowledge about sustainability and practical ways of making an impact. And traders at The World Street Food Festival have committed to being the first to complete the new online programme.
Sustainability is not just good for the environment but good for business. From fuel efficiency to sustainable fish we can all do more. That is why we went to the experts to develop the course, the Sustainable Restaurant Association, as they have led the way in delivering sustainability for other sectors of the catering industry.
Street food and mobile catering has really taken off over the last couple of years and we are already working with some of the best vendors. We know consumers are looking to restaurants to match their values and we are helping restaurants to do that. The training we have developed sarnies with NCASS means that vendors will be better equipped to meet their customers sarnies needs too.
The Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) is a national, not-for-profit sarnies membership organisation providing 1000 restaurants with expert sustainability advice. The SRA helps member sarnies restaurants source food more sustainably, manage resources more efficiently and work more closely with their community. Members enjoy the economic benefits of greater sustainability and the SRA promotes their activities to consumers.
NCASS is a government recognised trade association dedicated to helping catering companies in the UK to stay both profitable and legally compliant. The association was originally sarnies set up by catering companies looking to pool their experience, resources & knowledge to get a better deal for caterers. Over the past thirty years the association has grown to provide vital assistance and support to help its members to get work, train their staff, adhere to changing legislation.

It s a great night where the students and associates of NCASS come together, let off some steam in a relaxed environment and celebrate the past 12 months professional achievements.

London-based street food organization KERB has announced that all of its members will become part of the Nationwide Caterer s Association (NCASS) in a bid to improve public confidence in the safety of food sold on the streets.
KERB s founder Petra Barran hopes the partnership between the two organisations will apply these enhanced standards to street food vendors and give the public confidence in the validity, experience and safety of the products on offer.

When it comes to culinary sweets, paninis menu I'm a layman. I have had several attempts to bake cakes, and only a few of them fit for human consumption. With time, I realized that in a sense is the higher cookery. So I decided to start my adventure with sweets from the beginning. At the start I chose the simplest theory cake, which is fragile, though, and here are the important details. I filled them delicate vanilla custard with fresh, Polish strawberries. It worked. Level 1 included.

First, prepare the dough. To the sifted flour, add finely chopped, cold butter. Mix as long as possible without participation of hands (preferably with a knife still shredding the butter) because the key to success is the longest stay cool cakes and kneading his hands only warms them. Next, add sugar and cold milk. At this point, we have to use your hands, but we try to cake "throw" and not constrict as it does usually. After obtaining a uniform weight we put them wrapped in cling film in the fridge for at least half an hour. Apparently nothing, but a nice way to give malusieńkich canapés the upper crust exactly one bite. They look pretty good too, and we make it trivially easy and extremely fast. Of course, what is in the middle depends on the ingenuity and taste preparing a snack, the possibilities are almost endless. Below is my version.

Today's post is inspired by a trip to Turkey. Well, there are olives grown on a large scale, and thus constitute a common side dish, not to mention about oil. On our travels, I brought a paste of black olives, because I hear it's delicious. In Poland, it turned out that it is very tasty. A few days later, searching my cookbooks, I came across a recipe for olive paste and I could not go unnoticed. Every bit pozmieniałam, I added more mayonnaise and pasta become light and fluffy.
