HERRINGS baked in a pickle
With canapés and garlic cheese - a delicious appetizer Ingredients: 8 slices of wholemeal bread 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 8 slices of smoked ham cucumber 250 g of white cream cheese 2 cloves of garlic a few leaves of fresh basil (3-4), salt, pepper half a pod of red pepper a few sprigs of dill ketchup
Design: churrascos Peel the garlic, squeeze the crushed and thoroughly mixed with the cheese. Add salt, pepper and chopped basil leaves, mix again. Cheese refrigerate for min. 30 minutes. A glass or cookie cutter cut out circles of bread. Lubricate the wheels of bread with mayonnaise and put on their rings cut from slices of ham (should be a little smaller in diameter than the wheels of bread). Thoroughly wash the cucumber and cut into slices (along with the peel). Cucumber slices laid on the ham. Spoon to form balls of melon with cream cheese and cucumber applied to. The top canapés decorate ketchup, little bit of red pepper and dill. Before serving canapés cool moment.
