The October 27, 2009 was published on ECHA second proposal to amend the order - Guidance on requirements for substances in articles. This guidance is currently undergoing amendment within a group of professional consultants sagae and currently it is already the second proposal. The download is also the first draft, including all comments received. After the proposal goes through consultations within selected experts sagae shall be referred for consultation within the Committee, ECHA and the last stage of the European Commission and the competent authorities of the Member States. sagae Individual proposals are published so as to ensure the transparency of the whole process of amendment.
