2013 (506) December (3) November (28) Preparations have begun stew Evening snack in the autumn Tips


Ate my lunch today at the restaurant where they, among other things served the food buffet style. I chose the taco buffet and you could then choose from beef, chicken, nacho chips, bread, vegetables of various kinds, soup du jour taco sauce and another kind of sauce. When eating their lunch or dinner as a buffet, it's easy to eat more than you actually need. I felt myself after lunch that I was very satisfied. So probably I took me a little too much of the buffet. But I do have some tips to share with you. Tips for a Smart buffet meal: Look for what the buffet has to offer before soup du jour you take your food. If there are several different meals at the buffet go for the one you think looks tastes the best out. It will be otherwise easily too much of a good thing. And how nice is it to eat several dishes on the same plate? Then begin to take yourself to the vegetables. Often there are many different vegetables to choose from and you can easily fill half your plate with these vitamin stuffed oldies. Think of trying to choose vegetables of different colors because the chance is bigger then that you get all of several different vitamins and minerals. Now pick yourself soup du jour to something with a lot of protein, such as meat, chicken or fish. I chose today both ground beef and chicken. Simply could not choose. Ate simply more of the protein and less carbs to this meal. Continue to take something from the carbohydrate side, such as potatoes, rice, pasta or bread. It is usually sufficient with a variety of these if it's not, so you'll charge for a sporting achievement or has very high caloric needs. Maybe a little of any sauce. At this point is probably your plate filled with food and it's time to sit down and eat it. As usual at a meal; eat slowly and feel the food fills the stomach and suppresses hunger. Most times, you do not take more food than the first plate. And even though it's necessary, and you can take more if you want; feel for properly first if you really are more hungry. As a drink with your meal, I always choose water or mineral water. Best drink to me. Drinking calories gives unfortunately often calories that are not saturating, which can cause you to get you in more calories than you burn. Certainly it is good with a buffet and the advantage is really that you get to choose the man himself likes best, but it's not nice to get too full. Although the food is very good.
