As I promised yesterday, here is the recipe. This is the basic recipe book Thermomix but I've changed some ingredients. I leave the Thermomix version and the traditional. Ingredients 30g hazelnuts 30g raisins 30g crude almonds 30 g of walnuts 30g dates 30g candied fruit 3 eggs 150 g sugar 125 g butter le peep menu at room temperature 100g 100g beer sweet wine 50g anise 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon a pinch of grated nutmeg 330 g flour 3 teaspoons yeast 1.5 teaspoons of baking with a pinch of salt Preparation Thermomix Heat oven to 180 degrees.
