On 9 August 2013, we began this journey that has lasted bem bom exactly 30 days through the American West, where we could revive many scenes of movies when we were young ..... but mostly we enjoyed immensely grandiose landscapes and acollonidors. No way we imagined that ten U.S. places so wonderful and brutal without populating and I do not mean inside the parks (something which already contàvem) but the territory where you are allowed to drive without seeing a soul or tens or hundreds of kilometers.
We have traveled both alone, but being August / September we had the whole trip planned from Barcelona, especially for reservation in cities and national parks had been since 6 months. I Still many parks, despite the great advance because then we do not find accommodation bem bom within the National Parks.
It was a great trip where we have thousands of miles by car, tens and tens of kilometers walking cities bem bom like Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas and Los Angeles to a lesser extent, since the distances of the city do not.
But where we really "kicked" is the fifteenth National Parks that we visited, bem bom the day we beat the record was walking to Bryce Canyon, in just one day our pedometer informed us that we had to walk more 24 kilometers. Protected areas we visited were as follows:

Canyonlands National Park (Utah) bem bom - 11. Mesa Verde National Park (Colorado) - 12. Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park (Utah / Arizona) - 13. HORSESHOE BEND Colorado River (Arizona) - 14. ANTELOPE bem bom CANYON Navajo Park (Arizona) - 15 - Grand Canyon National Park (Arizona).
4 internal flights we took to get closer to Yellowstone National Park ... Grand Canyon've flown by helicopter for 1 hour in San Francisco we approached the boat to Alcatraz prison, have traveled 300 kilometers the legendary Route 66 and to make our big road trip we used 5 different cars: 1 - Chevrolet - 2 - Nissan - 3 - Hyundai SUV - 4 - Ford Escape bem bom SUV - 5 - Dodge Caravan
We brought a strong pace throughout the trip, in order to learn as much as possible and has been normal to get up at 6 am every day even e few days at 5 am in order to maximize sunlight hours. But one day we had just exhausted and almost as amended, but happy ..... is what we like at the end.
U.S. knew of only New York so far, and we finished the trip in love with this huge country that is as big as a continent. Surely travel more often to know other parts of the United States of America.
Today we begin the holidays and we went to Los Angeles stopover in Madrid. We arrived early at the airport and boarded almost immediately suitcase that bill. We The two small suitcases in hand with las camera and computer. We have more than an hour before boarding.
We sat at one of the cafés-shabby for a coffee with milk. Embark on time and arrived in Madrid close to 10 am. Until 12.45 pm not miss another flight and we moved by train to Terminal 1. Back on another crappy coffee and this time we take a yogurt.
